ITINERARY IN BRIEF Click here to see image full size DAY 01. ARRIVAL - LUANG PRABANG  On arrival at Luang Prabang we visit stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai. Then climb up to Phousi mountain, explore the night market. Overnight in Luang Prabang. DAY 02. LUANG PRABANG – LAO SPIRIT ADVENTURE (B/L/-) Enjoy an adventure combines between rafting, elephant riding, trekking in the jungle. Overnight in Lao Spirit resort. DAY 03. LUANG PRABANG - PAKOU - LUANG PRABANG (B/-/-) Get starting at Wat Sene and Wat XiengThong temple, and take boat trip to explore Pak Ou caves, stop at village of rice wine produce and hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang. DAY 04. LUANG PRABANG – PAKSE - KHONE ISLAND (B/.../...) Visit the national museum before taking flight to Pakse. Cruise boat to Done Khone Island. Overnight in Don Khone Island. DAY 05. DON KHONE ISLAND – SURROUNDING – KHONE PHAPHENG RESORT (B/.../...) Cruise in Mekong river to discover the local villages, islands and waterfalls. Overnight in Khong Island. DAY 06. KHONE PHAPHENG RESORT – VUENKHAN (CAMBODIA BORDER) DEPARTURE(B/-/-) Free time till catching flight to Siem Reap ( Cambodia ) or drive overland to Ubon Rathani via Chongmek International checkpoint.
